All facilitators are trained in the programmes they deliver, and are encouraged to gain accreditation. Amongst this team of Maori, Pacific and Pakeha, are psychotherapists, social workers, community activists, psychologists, musicians, parents, grandparents, great grandparents, speech language therapists and early intervention teachers. Three team members train others in Mellow Parenting.
