Community Partners

Our strategic community partnerships enable our services and programmes to reach families in need and increase community connectedness for families.  Our partnerships have enabled us to share resources, and expertise and reach more families.

ATWC’s integrated Family, Early Education and Social Work services and programmes help to protect, nurture and provide opportunities for up to 3000 children, young people and their families across Auckland. They aim to reconnect families/whanau and empower them to take control of their decision making so they can face the future with hope.
Autism New Zealand Inc. provides support, training, advocacy, resources and information on Autism Spectrum disorders including Aspergers Syndrome. Their members include children, young adults and adults on the autism spectrum; their family/whanau; caregivers; and professionals who work within this field. Our partnership enables parents of children newly diagnosed on the autistic spectrum to access information and support through our ASD Family/Whanau Outreach service.

The E.I.A.A.N.Z provides a National Code of Ethics for early intervention practitioners .  E.I.A.A.N.Z has established international links in the field of Early Intervention.

​Services include parenting support, budgeting, counselling, and support for seniors.

IMHAANZ is the New Zealand affiliate of the World Association for Infant Mental Health (WAIMH).  They are passionate about the social and emotional well being of infants and their families.

Kids First Child Development Team are a community based health related service team, providing occupational and physiotherapy and social work to assist children with special needs and their family/whanau achieve their full potential in their daily lives. 

Mangere East
Community Centre

Mangere East Community Centre are a learning hub focusing on enriching peoples' lives and meeting community needs. Located on Massey Road, our partnership enables parents to access parenting programmes and parent education in a community environment.

The Mangere East Family Service Centre aims to be a safe place standing in local communities inspiring children, youth and their families to be passionate people making a positive difference for our peoples. The Mangere East Family Service Centre provides early childhood education and a range of family supports including HIPPY, and Triple P.

Franklin Family Support Services in Pukekohe is a leading agency for social services in the Franklin District. They work with a range of people to explore the stress and anxiety they may be experiencing and help them resolve issues in their lives which are making it difficult for them to live happily and positively. Social Workers walk alongside whanau/families and individuals using mana enhancing practice and frameworks. Budget Advisors help get people out of serious debt and run financial planning seminars.
